- JacquelineYork, UK9 contributionsOur driver, T, was very knowledgeable and entertaining. The wineries we visited were excellent and I felt we were given a great experience. The food ( lamb shank for me) was some of the best I’ve had in NZ! It was also lovely to put faces to people I’ve emailed. Definitely a family company who involve themselves to make sure you are having the best experience. Highly recommended. - Geoff MCraigellachie, UK241 contributionsOur guide and driver “Al” was very knowledgeable and entertaining for the whole trip as well as ensuing we were safely transported from vineyard to vineyard. A good range of wines were tasted from a varied selection of vineyards as far away as Te Kano in Bannockburn (lovely 2022 Chardonnay) Lunch in Cromwell at the Stoaker Room went down well with a selection of 5 meats with pared wines. Last stop had a wine pairing with cheese and crackers, possibly could have had slightly more cheese for size of group. We even had time for a short wander in Arrowtown on the way back. The professionalism and friendliness of the drivers was amazing. We were able to get in half a dozen stops on the all day tour and would highly recommend Mt Rosa and Rifters Gin Distillery. Huge call out to George - great driver and 'tour guide!' The e-bike upgrade was very reasonable also and we were able to make the 60k loop to Arrowtown and back during the day ride. Manager of shop was very pleasant and accommodating before and after our ride. - Cameroc5 contributionsWe opted for the full day wine tour to see more of country side & it did not disappoint - the scenery was amazing, simple gorgeous. Our host Andrew was very knowledgeable & shared a lot of history of the area and was great company. The winery’s were all lovely & welcoming with great wines. - Bonnie WCalgary, Canada134 contributionsTrying an ebike was a novel experience but so much fun. The scenery is spectacular. The crew are helpful fitting you to the right bike. The trail is very manageable even for us novice riders and challenging for more experienced who choose to ride over the hanging bridges. We stopped along the way to watch the bungy jumpers (that is something a much younger and wilder person might enjoy). The cafe at the end of the route was great even for us who don’t drink wine.
