Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The tour was absolutely fantastic in itself, with a well planned itinerary and magnificent views.
But what really made the tour amazing was our guide, Anuj, who was extremely considerate and helpful.
From ensuring we had water bottles and snacks after trekking, to providing detailed commentary and helpful tips for the treks, to helping me find a Kea, he was always went above and beyond in ensuring our comfort!
Even when the weather turned rainier and windier than we expected, he was well prepared with umbrellas and ponchos! Just amazing.

This tour was amazing, we felt very taken care of. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and set our expectations of the day very clearly. We had ample access to water and snacks throughout the day. Great tour! Worth the trip, for sure

It was a great trip, and Pete was a wonderful guide and driver. The views were spectacular and the sheep farm was an interesting stop. Pete had great stories to tell and was very knowledgeable about everything we saw.

Pete was a great guide. He made it so easy by giving great commentary while taking us to the best spots. The cruise was an additional highlight!

Overall a great tour - got to try a really wide selection of wines, I’ve lost count of how many different wines there actually were! Tania was an excellent guide, lots of fun and gave us lots of information about the area.

We originally booked on the tour without a lunch - which was then unavailable after we had booked, so not ideal but moved onto the tour with a lunch. Unfortunately, the lunch platter wasn’t really our thing so was disappointed that we had to pay more for something we didn’t actually want, just to be able to do the wine tour.

Fantastic day from start to finish. Loved the bakery stop to buy breakfast, there were two walks or one hike on offer at Mt Cook. Even though the weather was ordinary I loved driving through the changing landscapes of New Zealand and can’t wait to go back to Mt Cook when the weather is clear!

A great tour of Christchurch in a comfortable van with a very guide, Pete. Experiencing punting on the river, the tram and the gondola. A very tasty and relaxing tapas lunch. Great way to hear the history of Christchurch thanks Pete we had a great time.

A picturesque and informative day, our driver had a superb knowledge of the areas we visited. He was clear with communication from site features to rest stops. Having a tour with the option to include the train for part of the journey was perfect for us, and being picked up at the station and taken back to our hotels was appreciated at the end of a big day of walking.

We had a wonderful time with a small group of 10 !! The staff at the wineries was knowledgable of the products and served a nice variety of wines for tasting along with isharing nformation specific to the area about grapes and wine making. Lunch was delightful! The driver's discussion of the area and the scenery was awesome!

I only had limited time in Christchurch. Our scheduled day trip to Mt. Sunday (Edoras filming location) was canceled due to extreme weather conditions. Our driver, Cheryl, volunteered to take us the following day even though they hadn't planned to do a tour then. Our tour was amazing! Cheryl is a great and knowledgeable guide and the scenery is stunning. It was an incredible trip and I'm so thankful they worked to make it happen for us. I highly recommend this tour whether you're a fan of the Lord of the Rings or not! Thank you for an awesome trip!

We had a fabulous day out visiting 3 different wineries. Giles was very knowledgeable and professional. Lunch was at Torlesse Wines, and the Platter provided was lovely. Other Wineries we visited were Pegasus Bay and Georges Road. Booking the tour was easy and communication regarding pick up and Dietary requirements was excellent. Thoroughly enjoyed the whole day and highly recommend this tour.

Wonderful trip and good experience. Beware as the climb is not for the weak. Our guide (can't remember if his name unfortunately) was fantastic and accommodating. A very lovely champ! Food, snacks and drinks provided was great too :) highly recommend!!

We took the Arthur’s Pass daytrip with the TranzApline train on the return leg. Clive is a very informative, knowledgable guide. Really liked his relaxed, unhurried style. The lunchpacks were brilliant and they catered for our veggie diet. The minibus was also very comfortable to travel in. I have no hesitation in recommending this travel company. Keep up the good work guys.

My first trip to NZ. This has been delightful experience. Beautiful views, just the right amount of hikes and rests (some of us also did a jet ski boating along the way -- super fun!). The guide Clive was experienced, knowledgable, friendly... Highly recommend !
