Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

- TR3SSEmerald, AustraliaMy 3 year old loved this playground and found plenty to do!
There's definitely a few pieces of equipment better suited to older kids but we managed 90mins here and still had to pry our daughter away at lunch time!
The food trucks are brilliant and offer parents and caregivers a coffee or snack.
A bit of shade might be nice especially during sunnier days!Written 22 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. A large wide exploration space indoors on the second floor with a view over the city. A perfect place to go for a wet day or somewhere to escape the heat. Large pits and tubs of every type of Lego, a large indoor playground that is unique, intriguing and has a glow worm cave, slide and climbing space. Books galore, games and puzzles and 4 large TVs set up with PS4 consoles and extensive range of games. It hosts a dressup/roleplay space, a drawing space and other areas that are modern and interesting, virtual soccer etc. Lots of friendly volunteers onsite to assist with anything you need during your visit. We had an absaloute blast here. Highly recommend.Written 4 January 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
