What travellers are saying
- MBBP1 contributionTook my neice and nephew on the tandem karts as they're bother under8. They had an absolute ball! Staff were really attentive and a good safety focus whilst remaining fun!Written 28 April 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- WilsonFamilyNzPleasant Point, New Zealand535 contributionsWhat an amazing adventure for all ages and it’s free. Plenty of free parking and great levels for all ages. Bring your kids here it’s a mustWritten 25 April 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- LydiaHopkinsDunedin, New Zealand21 contributionsI took two teens on a pretty cool day and it was still pretty busy, I imagine due to the great outdoor space it would be packed out on a hot day. The three outdoor slides were a hit for us. I can’t help thinking there must be a market for a much bigger pool complex in Christchurch. If you are tossing up between QEII and Jellie Park, definitely pick Jellie Park if the weather is hot. The indoor pool space is probably comparative to QEII anyway.Written 5 January 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- imarandommTasman, New Zealand18 contributionsWe climb often at our hometown and had a great time climbing here. Friendly staff, serious about safety and a whole variety of routes for beginner to advanced. Will come again next time we're in Chch.Written 13 April 2017This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- LydiaHopkinsDunedin, New Zealand21 contributionsIf you have teens, don’t bother. We found the staff friendly but with only one slide and pools mostly taken up with aqua jogging and lane swimming, this pool is no good for older kids, you have a portion of a shallow pool and pretty much nothing else. We left within an hour and went to Jellie Park instead.Written 5 January 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Daniel W124 contributionsLifeguards are now encouraged to promote the council slogan, more people more active more often meaning that you can ask for toys and inflatables are often put in including a big obstacle course for a few hours on each Sunday. Definitely better in summer with dive boards and hydroslides open but worth a visit either way - don't be afraid to ask questions!Written 10 August 2017This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
