Good choice of differing styles of vineyards, loved the passion from Julie at Gibson Bridge. The extra cost for a full day was well worth it as the behind the scenes visit to a vineyard enlightened us in the methods of winemaking. We visited 4 wineries including an excellent lunch at Allan Scott Estate. The food was really delicious. During the drives between the different wineries Cameron told us all about the Marlborough district and the wine industry here. The wine tastings were carefully chosen, and they all served great wines. We had a perfect day and can highly recommended this tour to any wine enthusiast. Mike is very knowledgable about the wine industry in Marlborough (and other parts of the world) and we really enjoyed learning about the vineyards in and around Blenheim. I would most definitely reccommend this tour for anyone be they wine newbies or connoisseurs. - Brett E1 contributionMy wife and I had a private tour as everyone else with bookings had canceled. We felt bad for Jade Tours but it was good luck for us. Mike was phenomenal. He knew everyone at the vineyards. With just the two us, we made good time and fit in 6 vineyards. We had some great wines and a good lunch. - Alan RNantucket, MA33 contributionsFantastic! We wanted 3 days of private tours of both wineries and scenery. After some email correspondence, we zoomed from the US East Coast with Sarah and her twin sister to finalize our desires.
Sarah went above and beyond. The tours were just what we wanted. We really saw Marlborough and its environs. Sarah expedited a tour of Queen Charlotte Sound on a delivery boat with a lunch at Furneaux.
We had a great driver, Sam. He was personable, knowledgable, and went out of his way to ensure we had a perfect experience.

Jimmy is so knowledgeable both about wine and wine making, but also about the area and the history. He selected smaller vineyards for our tour and they all were unique and certainly did not disappoint. We never felt rushed when tasting and conversing with each vineyard representative. He picked us up in his sporty car and we immediately hit it off with his warm inviting personality.
