Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What travellers are saying
- Andra MWellington, New Zealand52 contributionsStunning, award winning studio in a magical setting with highly skilled and heartful teachers. An absolute gem and must visit studio, whether you're new to yoga or a long-time practitioner. I highly recommend the yoga spa day as a special treat to unplug and recharge.Written 6 March 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - EJC142TRWellington, New Zealand57 contributionsI joined this studio as a beginner 3 years ago, and continue to be a regular, keen practitioner. The 6 week beginners’ course is a perfect introduction to yoga, and participants are encouraged to repeat the course if they wish to before joining particular classes. The studio is owned by an enthusiastic young couple, who have a strongly personalized approach. Communication with members is warm and welcoming. Instructors run different types of yoga classes at different times during the week, and we are consulted as to times that are convenient. The studio is small, but dedicated to yoga only. The fact that space is limited means that instructors have a personalized approach, with individual support provided when necessary or requested.Written 25 November 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - MarmiteNZGreater Melbourne, Australia78 contributionsMy favorite yoga studio in Wellington. Mats and props like kneeling stools and cushions available.
The style of yoga is like hatha, gentle so may not appeal to those used to more strenuous yoga. For me, it suits my pace and the lunch time classes of 45mins can be squeezed into my work day.
Convenient location and peaceful set up. There are changing rooms and open storage but no showers.Written 1 November 2017This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Then they say you have to pay it and they won’t front the fee. Absolute cash grabbers, just awful. Save yourself the time money and stress and don’t go.Written 2 July 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
