Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Duck into the record store and while away more time and leave with any genre of music you like. I left with a fossilised shark tooth from the gem store (type unknown). If you are in desperate need of a hair cut then the barber can sort your unruly locks. If you have an hour or two to spare, do yourself a favour.Written 20 November 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - AllanJGJWellington, New Zealand4,222 contributionsAlways nice to visit regional galleries. Not large but a couple of nice spaces. As for the current exhibitions, while some will no doubt argue it's a case of correcting historical imbalances it must be hard to be a pakeha artist at the moment! We did like the bright and cheerful 'Folk Nationalism' exhibition.Written 27 November 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Toni H7 contributionsThis place is a gem. There is so much going on. I've been to gigs and exhibitions. I come for gifts. It's the sort of place you can spend a few hours and feel comfortable.
