Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.
Learn more about our review moderation.

What travellers are saying
- Hannahdog1234Perth, Australia44 contributionsYe Olden town is a picturesque step back in time. Arrive there with an empty stomach and stuff yourself with treats from the onsite bakery. Duck into the record store and while away more time and leave with any genre of music you like. I left with a fossilised shark tooth from the gem store (type unknown). If you are in desperate need of a hair cut then the barber can sort your unruly locks. If you have an hour or two to spare, do yourself a favour.Written 20 November 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - roy vTraralgon, Australia6,027 contributionsClose to the cruise terminal so we went straight there and had a good look around . Plenty of good local food and veggies, great place for the locals to shop . Plenty of interesting stall to buy souvenirs.
There was also a small information hut there with seats outside .
We sat there for awhile as there was free wifi available so we could check our emails.

This is basically a shop selling honey products with a live bee display at the rear of the premises. It’s a 10-15 minute interlude before you do something else. Good range of products at standard prices. Lady running shop very informative about the products. It boasts a lovely little café, a fantastic Art Gallery, including all sorts of local crafts and some very special locally made soaps. Upmarket second hand section, Ladies dresses and a large Garden Pots Section, that also sells tourist gifts of high quality but not too expensive. Lots of space to park and wander around. Even got a dog grooming shop.Written 17 January 2017This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
