Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What travellers are saying
- Dan C3 contributionsDropped in first thing in the morning hoping to rent a full-suspension bike. The staff were amazing and the prices reasonable . They had me out the door and on my way in about 10 minutes. Rode crater mtb Park which is literally across the street, which worked out perfect since my family dropped me off on the way to the spa pools. The bike worked great. They made the whole adventure simple and low stress. The next time I'm in Taupo I will definitely rent from them again. Thank you FourB!Written 9 November 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- FarAway629686715992 contributionsIf your feeling a little apprehensive about riding these bikes, I can assure you, YOU CAN DO IT!! My two teenage daughters and I picked it up really easily. Mike was a wonderful host and made sure we could manage the bikes safely before setting off on our adventure through the forest trails, I recommend doing the Safari tour, half way through you’ll be so much more confident at managing the bikes and able to go faster, however, it is very accommodating to people that want to go fast or slow in the same group, nice amount of stops along the way, please support this new venture, you won’t regret it!!!Written 20 July 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - PinyardoAuckland, New Zealand101 contributionsWe hired e bikes /shuttle package from the guys at Four B.
Super efficient to deal with and really friendly.
Went to their hq on the Sat morning and they were ready to go .
Vern took us to the start of the k2k ride and picked us up later in the day ( we stopped in Kinloch for lunch then continued on with the w2k ride)
The ride is beautiful k2k really easy on e bikes , the w2k a bit more challenging as it was pretty muddy .
We started about 10am and allowing for lunch etc were finished by 230 pm.
The ride was spectacular and would recommend anyone to use this company.Written 11 August 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
