Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What travellers are saying
- Michelle SAuckland Central, New Zealand499 contributionsThis place is in the country and worth a visit.
Hands-on glass sculptures for sale of all sizes and shapes. I bought the most beautiful glass flower.
Staff are very helpful.
The items are made on site, and you can watch the items being made.
Walk through to the little cafe and sit outside in the sun. Salmon eggs Benedict was excellent.
Next door, there is a gate, and a separate fee is required to walk around the sculpture gardens.
This is lovely on a sunny day. If you just want to spend a couple of hours at this venue for time out, you won't be disappointed.Written 8 September 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Nicolai L1 contributionI just wanted to come on here and write how wonderful my mothers experience with miss Annie Palmer-Bunbury has been. She was the loveliest host and made my mother the finest pieces of pottery. She even made my mother one for free, just out of the kindness of her heart. I'm now in possession of two wonderful custom-coloured mugs.

- T BEugene, OR42 contributionsTorpedo7 did a great job of setting us up with 2 mountain e-bikes for a short ride to Huka Falls. After getting verbal directions from the shop guy we head out. That’s when things got ugly.
Because they didn’t have a map and we obviously didn’t listen as clearly as we needed to, we ended up riding very challenging trails to Huka Falls. What we were told would take 30 mins took us 2 hours and for this first time mountain bike rider it was pure hell. Once we made it to Huka Falls we were able to look at a map and see the correct way back.Written 22 December 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
