- Moei-OzSouth of Sydney107 contributionsThe bus shuttle up the mountain in the Redwoods forest is the standard fare for a good days riding. You can access a lot of the mountain from this shuttle, though some requires a bit of uphill riding.
For a really good time, get on the private shuttles. Old landrovers that take a crew of 7 will get you anywhere on the mountain for 3 hours of awesome downhill riding. Go to the places that take ages to ride to or you can;t be bothered and really shred the trails.

After getting through customs, Kevin met us with a huge smile and personable demeanor. Right off the bat, Kevin amazed us with his knowledge and background in NZ history and Maori culture, beyond his knowledge he is incredibly humorous and actually has an interest in getting to know you.
We had the pleasure of riding with Kevin for the 5-6 days we spent in the North Island. He gave us a million recommendations (all of which ended up being 5+ star recommendations) and always had the "inside scoop" on knowing what restaurants/bars were better than the rest. We had an itinerary planned for the entire trip and didn't have to think too hard about what to do but Kevins presence, personality, professionalism and general interest in our group made the trip beyond exceptional. My family and I feel as if we made a friend for life after using Signature Chauffeur Services. Kevin - if you ever make it over to Southern-California give us a call

They provided excellent service in arranging our accomodation and cycling needs, Rachel was prompt in responding to issues within the group ensuring we kept moving towards Oamaru. I was busy on the day of booking but even then the process was so simple that I was able to arrange and pay for everything easily and quickly. No hassle just simple and convenient. The driver was very knowledgeable and was able to take us where we needed and wanted. We were very comfortable and happy with the driver and service.
