Treatments are relaxing and also rejuvenating after a several hours soaking .

Excellent facilities in site and available. - Vista viewer 7741 contributionsDidn’t exactly know what to expect but pleased with this outing. Quick trip across lake rotoiti and see several birds including shags and black swans. Let out at hot pools and had choice of which ones to soak in depending on how warm you wanted. All pools very close so you could go from pool to pool as much as you wanted. Pools have benches around sides so you can soak while sitting. Clean water, some sulfur smell, lake just a few steps away if you want to cool down. Very laid back place. The opportunity to immerse myself in the rich Maori traditions and the cultural inspirations behind the spa added such depth to the journey. Every moment spent in the facilities felt intentionally crafted to evoke peace, healing, and rejuvenation.
The spa itself is a masterpiece—its thoughtful integration of color, scent, and sound creates a harmonious atmosphere, while the stunning lake views add a natural touch of serenity. Every detail was impeccable, from the spotless environment to the ease of parking. The cafe was a delightful highlight—both the pumpkin soup and the orange-almond cake were exquisite.
Thank you for curating such a divine and memorable experience.
