    Review of: Hawkes Bay A Grand Day Out Tour
    The highlight of our New Zealand Holiday.
    Paul the owner/ operator of the tour gave us his extensive background knowledge to Napier and surrounding districts. Despite my living in Napier in the 70's I was not aware of 25% of the information Paul provided in a Welsh , Harry Secombe , style.

    Jenni and I were the only guests on the day which meant the competition between Jenni and Paul was immense for the best one liners while I just added a little from my extensive knowledge of useless information.

    Paul meet us at our Motorhome park at 8.30 am. and from then on we could relax and enjoy the sightseeing , wine , chocolate , honey tasting and purchases.

    The lunch stop at a unique combined gift shop , garden sculpture and restaurant was the 2nd most interesting stop after the view from Te Mata Peak.

    Great wine tour
    Excellent wine tour. Fabulous wineries. The tour guide was very knowledgable and with some encouragement he brought out the cheese and crackers at the last winery we visited. It was great Tour and my son and I had a great time. Would absolutely recommend doing this while visiting Napier

    Review of: Twilight Progressive Winery Tour Including 3-Course Meal and Matching Wines
    Just totally excellent
    From start to finish this trip was totally excellent.
    The driver who picked us up shared his knowledge of the area, and noted points of interest for us.
    First course at St Georges winery - light, balanced entree with matching wines - superb.
    Then on to the views from the stunning Te Mata Peak. Allowed us to get a better idea of the whole region.
    Main course at Craggy Range with very entertaining table service from Jacob (what a gem of information), wines were perfectly matched. Beautiful venue.
    Then last but by no means least, dessert at Mission. Lots of changes here and the venue looked stunning. Dessert wine and port to finish.
    Yes, we would definately do this trip again. A great way to see the area and sample some of the fabulous food and wine.

    Great excursion around Napier and surrounds
    My wife and I have just finished an excursion hosted by Ross which featured the important sights and lookouts in Napier and an excursion to. Wineyard where we indulged in some Wine , cheese and biscuits.

    Ross has lived in Napier for over30 years and was a great host -I would recommend this as a quality Shore Excursikn

    Excellent raft trip
    This was an excellent raft trip. Deon picked us up at the port we were the only ones on the trip so it made it a real personal trip. He took us to his home by the river, we had a brilliant 2 hr sail down the river with mild rapids but I also jumped in to the river and floated along through one section which was great. At the end his wife Jo picked us up and took us back to their house for lunch that she had prepared. Very friendly and homely feel to the experience much better than an organised ship tour. Would definitely recommend it.

    Review of: Shore Excursion: 4-Hour Premium Hawkes Bay and Napier Tour
    Nostalgic
    Our driver was John who was quite knowledgeable about the tour he was conducting. He had a note book that referenced what we were going to see and the art deco features of the buildings that he was going to show us. We first drove through the main street that was lined with beautiful gardens. It was then a short stop to the Centennial Gardens for pictures of the garden and waterfall. John took us up on Bluff Hill and showed us the beautiful girl's school and a beautiful view of Napier and Hawkes Bay. He also made a point to show us the beautiful red hydrangeas. It was then a drive to see the rolling hills of Tuki Tuki and Te Mata park. We then drove through the neighborhood of Napier and John pointed out more of the art deco features of the homes. It was then back to the ship. A short but relaxing trip.

    Review of: Scenic Te Mata Peak Tour by Supertrike
    SO MUCH FUN!
    We were on holiday for 11 days and did many different activities while away from home - this tour was my dad's favourite! Bob was an amazing host, the bike was out-of-this-world, and dad still hasn't stopped smiling! Would highly recommend this activity for adventurous, fun-loving people who just want a bloody good time! Would do it all again next time we are in Napier!

    Winery tour on a cold day
    Excellent 1/2 day tour to Askerne, Church Road & The Mission Estate wineries with Paul. Awesome trip to do on a cold wet day and all places were warm. Good conversation and very helpful. Not into drinking so the 3 wineries were more than enough.

    Wine and cycling...great pairing!
    Had a lovely day cycling between the wineries (missed one that was hard to find). Great service from the team getting us there and back safely with lots of insight about the area.
    Ride was flat, easy and really lovely.
    Highly recommend!

    Friendly reassuring staff, great advice and nice E-Bikes
    We turned up without a booking - no problem. Really friendly and reassuring staff, who offered great advice on where to go and how long things may take.

    We hired 2 E-Bikes and a pedal bike - all worked perfectly.

    We did a return trip to Mission Estate, had an awesome lunch and came back all within the 4 hour hiretime.
