Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

- SilicoJackWellington, New Zealand487 contributionsThis was a good place to kill an hour. My partner and I decided to do a date night and we started off here. $30 lasted us an hour and got us 150 tickets.
Lots of people, but it’s aimed at al ages. I had great fun.Written 3 January 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Courses are Ice Age themed in 3 different rooms (2 are with black light, one normal one), 18 holes in total. Decoration and paintings are great but first room was noisy with sound effects that supposed to be roaring dinosaurs.
The greens could be cleaner (lots of lint, rubbish like hair ties or other things on the lanes).

I was disappointed in the staff as we had four kids with us and decided to take a break and have something to eat. We sat at a table cos as you know with having so many kids it's hard to keep them all together to have a meal together. We were asked to leave the table as it was reserved for a party. Fair enough it was reserved but there was no sign to say so. We were told to stand and eat our food. The people that it was reserved for only arrived once we had moved and finished our meal. They could have at least let us finish our meal with our four kids. I must say that not even the kids had funWritten 12 June 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- moonlotus18Hamilton, New Zealand1,997 contributionsWe came here to have a go at their mini putt course. What a fun afternoon day out, as we had a go taking turns around the 18 courses. Great group/family activity. Cooled off at the cafe with iced drinks, smoothies and some slices from the cabinet. Also ordered their curly fries which are to die for. Yum.
Highly recommended.Written 31 December 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
