Bliss Me back massage, a Refresh Me facial and a Shape Up & Shine On Pedi (which was no problem to change to a manicure) all this for $189 and 1.5 hours of pure indulgence. I could not fault the service, very welcoming and accommodating to skin and health conditions. The atmosphere was relaxing and the therapist very professional. I was shown products that I could purchase for my skin but did not feel pressured into purchasing at any time. This experience was a perfect, relaxing way to end a very busy week. - Denice3 contributionsWent for 1st time floating experience with my partner $180. Customer service was not great on arrival or departure. Long story short, 80min session turned into 45min (incl shower time) session due to nausea while floating. Upon leaving, no questions asked or checking why we left just after 45min. For the price, we've expected excellent customer service before and after especially when your customers was not feeling well during and after a visit to your 'Serenity' place. - Followherstomach.kiwiHamilton, New Zealand91 contributionsMy partner and I booked for a massage each last night and arrived at the mill street branch and were pleasantly surprised with how professional, eloquent and thorough our therapists both were. They both performed an amazing massage and were very polite and professional the entire way through. My therapist especially was incredible with finding all my sore spots and I left feeling great relief after a hard weekend of exercise.
