Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What travellers are saying
- JANWaikato Region, New Zealand72 contributionsA great place to hang out and relax, either at tables or on settees. Dogs are welcome, we took ours. Sample tasters are available if you don't know which craft beer to try. The beers we had were excellent, and the dogs lapped up their doggy beer. The food truck that day we Mexican and was also very good. Friendly staff and a warm atmosphere.Written 7 April 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- David DPetone, New Zealand131 contributionsAuthentic is pushing it, big local bakeries and cafes turn up with factory stock, amongst smattering of small producers. Very unstable market, regular providers don’t turn up each weekend as they get better offers or as one said he was hungover! Management need to get some dedicated providers so people can access a market for provisions, very very dissatisfied yet again.
It’s not seasonal disruption I know the difference, nor is it Covid related. Market is a shambles actually.Written 8 January 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
