Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This day-tour exceeded my expectations! Although started in the early morning, the bus was comfortable and everything was so coordinated and well-thought that the day went by very quickly. Out tour guide Tom was very knowledgeable and gave excellent content wherever we stopped. Also, went above and beyond offering to take pictures which was great help for someone like me traveling solo! The Blue Mountains, Three Sisters, Katoomba Falls and Scenic World were out of this world and truly an amazing experience. We also visited the Featherdale Sydney Wildlife Park as part of the tour and it was incredible to have the opportunity to feed the kangaroos, take an official picture with a koala and appreciate the fauna diversity in the park. The return home was by ferry through the Parramatta River, providing exceptional views from the city while catching the sunset. This was an amazing experience and would 100% recommend it!

Wonderful experience with a lovely tour guide Aaron. The itinerary and pacing were just right. We were a family of 6 from 2yrs of age to 70! Each of us were happy with the trip. Highly recommended.

I really like the whale, one of my wishes was to see a whale.
It was hard because of the rough waves this time, But I was able to meet a whale.
I look forward to seeing the whale again on a good day next time.

This was a great tour to get out of the city for a bit and see some national parks. The waterfalls and scenery were beautiful, and getting to see the wombats and kangaroo up close was also pretty awesome!

This tour provides beautiful views of the Sydney area shoreline, including the iconic Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge. Excellent picture opportunities! Our tour guide, Ron, was very friendly and provided lots interesting information on various buildings, and locales. The tour was on time. The provision of free coffee, tea, hot chocolate, cookies and apples was also much appreciated.

Absolutely amazing. It was raining but we still had the best time. The food was amazing. Our hostess was excellent and it was a great experience. We are already talking about when we can come back. Highly recommend, even in less than ideal weather. A great experience.

You don’t have to be a tourist to explore this iconic building. This was an educational and truly interesting tour. We had a passionate, well versed guide, Immy, whose wonderful energy and knowledge made this a memorable experience.

This whale watch was definitely a high point in our trip to Sydney. Captain Blake took us out on his amazing boat. It was fast, low and open, perfect for the search for whales, seals, and gorgeous scenery. Blake and his co-captain were wonderful. Very friendly and knowledgeable. In addition to seeing so much, we learned a lot as well, about the wild life, Sydney/AUS history, and the ocean. Amazing! On our list for future visits, should we return to AUS.

The tour was really nice and fun!
We were picked up on time at the agreed meeting point in a cute bus. Our guide Tom is very funny and told us a lot about Australia. On the two-hour drive we played a quiz with him. He gave us typical Australian words and phrases and we had to guess what they meant. The prize was Tim Tams. The viewpoints were all great and beautiful. We saw a lot of the Blue Mountains. Whenever we stopped somewhere, we had a bit of free time. The time was always well timed. Not too short and not too long.
We had a small sandwich for lunch. It was nothing special but enough. On the way to the Blue Mountains we also made a short stopover in a small town to get some breakfast and snacks. On the way back home we went looking for wild kangaroos and actually saw some. That was really great.

I can really recommend the tour.

This helitour was one of my bucket list items and I'm so glad I went with this company. Service was unmatched (shout-out to Peter!), pilot's instructions and in-flight narrative was superb and I'm at a loss of words for the views. Tour day was beautifully clear and everything was excellent. 100% recommended!

This was my second visit to Sydney, so I wanted to see the things that I missed the first time around. Daily Sydney Tours staff were awesome. We were able to customize my tour to accomplish my list including pick-ups and drop off. Daniel was my guide for the day. He was great his knowledge was amazing. If there was something he didn't know or was unsure of he found out and followed up with the answer. Highly recommend both the company and my amazing guide.
