Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I had a quick interaction with our tour guide (Adam) before we got on the bus and I knew it was going to be a great/fun day ahead! Adam was hilarious and the tour felt very personalized as Adam grew up in the Blue Mountains. He provided so much knowledge and I appreciated some being very hands on. I absolutely loved stopping for coffee and supporting local businesses in the Blue Mountains. The day flew by! (Plenty of water/ restroom breaks too)

We booked the trip to the Blue Mountains as we had a couple of days in Sydney. We found FJ Tours on Tripadvisor and the day tour to the Blue Mountains seemed like good value when compared to similar tours.
We were picked up, promptly from a hotel near to where we were staying, in a small air-conditioned coach (35 seats) the tour was full.
Ben, the driver/guide was friendly and knowledgeable.
Our first stop was at the Featherdale Wildlife Park, a super little park that is home to many native animals - wallabies, koalas, etc. all the animals looked to be well cared for and the staff were happy to talk about them.
After the visit to the park we went to a small town where we had time to find some lunch, not included in the tour, then on to Scenic World and the iconic Three Sisters rock formation. All three rides at Scenic World were included in the visit, which gave excellent views of the rocks and the surrounding area.
After this we started back towards Sydney and our drop off at the ferry for our return to the city. As we were making good time Ben took us for a short tour of the Sydney Olympic Park before dropping us at the Olympic Park Ferry Terminal.
The tour outline did say that we would have a ‘cruise back to Circular Quay’ it was not clear that we would need to pay for this ourselves, although Ben did give us all a $10 rebate to pay for this. However it was necessary to have an Opal Card or a bank card to buy a single trip ticket. Perhaps providing the tickets would be a better option.
Overall we had a very enjoyable day

We had a rainy first half but luckily it cleared up once we got to Phillip Island. I recommend paying the extra $28 AUD to pet a koala and feed the kangaroos + wallabies. You cannot take photos during the parade but we were able to spot some penguins at the Nobbies. Tim was a great guide! He was friendly, knowledgeable and advised the group where the best spot was to see the penguins.

Recently joined the Diamond Tours Blue Mountain/Three Sisters/Scenic World with its "Dinosaur theme"/Sydney Zoo/Sydney Harbour ferry small group day-tour and I had a very enjoyable time. The Blue mountains region offered spectacular natural scenery, lots of photo opportunities of the Three Sisters geologic features, Scenic World's steepest railcar ride was fun, we enjoyed time at the zoo closeup with koalas and kangaroos, and our knowledgeable tour guide/driver named Helder, worked hard to provide continuous historical, cultural, touristic and interesting facts about Sydney and Australia, with his unique sense of humor, almost comedic style. Well done, Helder! For those seeking a fun, actionpacked, full-day tour outside Sydney, I highly recommend this tour.

This trip was well worth the money. Plenty to see and do. Some beautiful sights and a good variety of places to see. Our guide was excellent and very knowledgeable and had some interesting experiences to tell us about. We picked up the trip from Port Douglas which was ideal for this area

Couldn't have been a nicer experience. The crew is terrific. They make sure that you are fitted well with your snorkeling gear and guide you when snorkeling if desired. I was with an oceanographer guide who told us all about the fish we were seeing. She also held a lecture indoors on the way back to shore. The ship was clean and the food was plentiful and quite good. It was a highlight of my trip to Australia! I recommend this tour highly!

We had a fabulous time with the other Steve! So much fun, and we really had the opportunity to interact with the animals which was the highlight of the trip. Enjoyed every minute! Steve was very knowledgeable and entertaining and we felt very safe the entire trip. I would highly recommend this tour if you have a short period of time and you want to see a lot!

Much to our surprise we only had 6 people on our boat yesterday with 2 crew. I felt bad that they were only taking such a small group, but nonetheless we had a great time despite the cooler weather. We had pre-ordered a bottle of MUMM champagne which we wanted to drink on the beach, so I decided to swim from the boat across to the beach with it safely packed in a bag and balanced on a pool noodle!! The water was crystal clear and so relaxing. How lucky were we!!

We then headed over to St Helena island to enjoy a cheese platter and a drink. I had wished we had an opportunity to head into the historical buildings, but I will go back and explore another time. We had great music onboard as well as great crew. Would highly recommend.

Very considerate guide, who particularly cared for a couple of whom the husband was blind. Scenery in all places visited was spectacular, good observations by guide local history and floral, and fauna. The lunch was in a superb bush cafe with a knowledgeable cafe owner pleased to show us all the local foods.
Great Daintree river trip in which we saw several basking crocodiles. Tropical rain forest is amazing. Great trip.

Cruise was really good. The cruise was beautiful and the boat was clean and comfortable. The tour provided a lot of great info for guests especially those like us who were visiting. Te food available was also good. The Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary was also fantastic and we enjoyed a Koala hold. Having the cruise as the method of returning to the city also made for a relaxing conclusion.

Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and engaging and we really enjoyed the day. There is a physical aspect to the tour bit the timing of stops and rests along the way made it so that you don't have to be super fit. The glow-worms, natural bridge waterfall and skywalk were all amazing. The lunch provided was also excellent and well exceeded any tour lunch we've had before. Excellent value for money. Would definitely recommend.
