Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This certainly isn’t an all day visit, but it’s interesting to see if you’re in the area as it’s a piece of history. The lady on admissions was friendly and informative

We booked a private alpaca walk, feeding and painting for my sister’s hen party! Georgia did the walk with us and they were so knowledgeable about all the alpacas! It was a beautiful farm and we had a lovely time! Thank you to Susie and her husband for rescuing us after I drove into the bushes!

We visited for the joint open day with the local church. Very busy, and long queues. Unfortunately the mill is not working at the moment due to extensive repairs needed. Nice cafe also very busy. Car parking nearby for free.
