Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

A lovely playground for the kids, or a romantic spot for a picnic, The beach is not suitable for long walks, by the reserve next door is.

So much bird noise in here! I take my 3 yr old regularly to either walk or ride around the boardwalk. In summer it's nice to escape the sunshine and in winter it's nice to do a bush walk and come out with clean shoes.

This is lovely to stroll with your dog.
The water in the crater is tidal. We have viewed it completely filled after full moon/ king tide. Looks amazing!
Sometimes the track is overgrown and you feel like it’s a jungle /bush bashing trail.
You can cross over to onepoto domain to lengthen your walk or if on a bike you can ride to Takapuna.

I love a good Thai massage, so when I found this place I was pretty happy.
    Highly recommend.
Not only will you get an amazing massage, the extra touches make it that much more special to.
The hot water foot bath, the cup of tea and a mint when you leave...
Also, the ladies that work here are absolutely lovely too.
