Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What travellers are saying
- Roland BZurich, Switzerland1,806 contributionsthe Hue War Museum is the same as the Historical and Revolutionary Museum here on Tripadvisor, so check also there for recommendations. My opinion: It's enough to walk along outside and look the tanks and airplanes exposed in the park of the museum. The inside is not really worth the money you pay for the entry fee.Written 8 December 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Factsnotfiction62Edinburgh, UK264 contributionsThere are several tombs scattered around Hue, the Mausoleum of Emperor Khai Dinh was more off the beaten track than some of the others but well worth a visit and would highly recommend. Quite a few steps which were a bit challenging in the heat. The inside of the mausoleum is by far the most ornate that we saw, absolutely fabulous.Written 18 June 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Linda BRaleigh, NC2,201 contributionsIt's also free. Lots of different displays showing the history of this city. The building itself was interesting with parts seemingly unchanged for years. No A/C but I managed to see the whole thing on a very hot and humid day!Written 6 May 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Anna RSzczecin, Poland22 contributionsIt is interesting to see the old agricultural tools and process of getting rice from fields to a plate. The guide there show how everything worked.Written 27 January 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
