We only took an hour walk round the gardens, past the greenway (caught a peek of the train through the trees), seeing some beautiful sights inside the gardens and beautiful views across Waterford.
We also enjoyed a cuppa and some delicious cake in the charming cafe on site!

I’d highly recommend doing the two sites together and timing them so you can participate in the guided tours.
This place is probably the most stunning building in Waterford and you will get the best views from across the road from the Waterford crystal centre .
