We found great results, but some are outside Pozzuoli. Showing results in neighbouring cities.

The area of Terra which sits above the port is still being slowly being rebuilt but there are fantastic views over the Bay.

We visited the archaeological site with a passionate guide who made the visit even more interesting with numerous historical and cultural anecdotes.
The site is only open on Saturdays and Sundays and that's why the weekend is the best time to explore the Campi Flegrei sites.

Excellent piece of history fascinating site to behold well worth taking a look around the 3rd largest amphitheater in the country
Beautiful views of the Mediterranean, fruit and palm trees everywhere... Omg, just go here!

Highlights were the tuna potato salad, braised cabbage, and definitely the fried fish - probably sprats, simply delicious, all washed down with a bottle of most quaffable on-site produced Falanghina.
However, if you are in the Pozzuoli area you can view this lovely little lake and the bay of Baia from the top.

Sibyl's cave is beautiful, the walkways among the trees are so enjoyable, the different temples as you go uphill and the stunning views from above.
Of all the many sites I've explored in Italy and Sicily, this one moved me the most--the geometry of the entrance walls is stunning, the overall design resonant of Virgil's lines, the labyrinthine purpose of the a...

You will be rewarded by what you find at the end of the tunnel, a magnificent area of excavations and a fantastic view on the sea.

The lake itself is very small and one could walk around it in less than an hour but the best views are from within the park.
It has a pretty tiled floor, beautiful views and exhibits of the time.

We've had a good sunny day and really enjoyed in the panoramic views of the surrounding hills and above all in the sight of the magnificent and mighty Vesuvius in the distance, across the bay.
Walking along the sea here is breathtaking with the view of the sorrento and posillipo peninsulae, the Capri island (when the weather is good) and the "castello dell'ovo")

After a week in Italy visiting many historical sights, museums and a lot of walking our little kids needed something different and we are very glad we did this activity.
Thanks to a workshop on the underground built environment in Naples, I had the opportunity to visit this incredible site!
