She can answer every question, can offer great insight and you get a biology, history and geography lesson all in one.
She was terrific, pointing out plants and hidden cave-like residences, giving little history lessons.... she must have done this dozens and dozens of times but it felt genuine and not rehearsed.

Our cooking class was excellent, we learned some recipes and techniques, ate great food and had wine, but most of all enjoyed our time with Chef Giuseppe, Chef Luigi and Rafael and with our two fellow students.
The day after my husband and I got married in Positano, we participated in the Buca di Bacco cooking class, and it was worth every penny!

We loved her cooking class, truly one of the top experiences of our Italy trip! good blend of instruction/Marina cooking, and us "students" cooking-so we had a chance to relax, enjoy her home/the view, drink wine.
If you are staying in Positano or nearby and would like to take a cooking class with a wonderful and endearing chef, then I highly recommend you take that class with Marina.

We had a cooking lesson and meal with Chef Carmen at La Cucina del Gusto and had the time of our lives.
The small break we had with a glass of prosecco and our mini pizzas were lovely and gave us the opportunity to get to know the other people in our class.
