The tailored tour catered for both someone with a keen interest in and someone with minimal knowledge the war, and Anna took the time to answer all of our questions as well as asking some of here owm, making the whole experience feel very personal.

- Alex N2 contributionsHad an amazing time on this tour! Our guide Pino has so much knowledge to share on the battle for Cassino and made it a really enjoyable interesting experience. He's able to gauge what part of the battle his guests are most interested in and make the tour unique to cater to individuals. Subiaco and Montecassino are breathtaking places to get away from the hustle and bustle of Rome for a day with Benedict and Scholastica. - TerriZ84112 contributionsThis was my second tour with Italian Dreams - and it was as excellent as the first tour with them. Theresa and Claudio, our guide and our driver, were kind, conscientious, attentive, and helpful. Theresa was delightful as we made our way into the mountains heading up to Subiaco and then over to Monte Cassino. She helped make this tour memorable. Theresa was also very accommodating as sometimes walking is a bit difficult for me.
Being able to visit both sites where St. Benedict lived was a highlight of my time in Italy and Theresa helped make this even more special. Our coxswain was Giuseppe and he ensured we had a brilliant, memorable trip. Stunning scenery, including an otter. Very inexpensive for several hours of rafting and informative guide. It looks a little expensive, but worth at the end.
