Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What travellers are saying
- D1spmRedditch, UK2,095 contributionsFirst off all the volunteers are fantastic and a real testament to the place and without them well it wouldn’t be around. We took our kids 3/8 and enjoyed a good 90ish minutes, riding on 3 diff trams and the train. The routes are abit primitive and not very long, the stamp hunt was good and enjoyed looking for them. Everything was well priced. I would recommend it as a filler activity but you couldn’t make ‘a day of it’ especially with kidsWritten 27 October 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Katie SBrighton, UK219 contributionsThis is a fascinating museum packed with an impressive collection of photographs and memorabilia from the Royal Navy Patrol Service. This wasn't a part of the war effort that I knew anything about and this little museum has plenty to share. The volunteer staff were lovely, happy to let you wander but still in hand to answer questions.Written 26 January 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
