Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What travellers are saying
- Daisypledger38 contributionsSkiing was great, many different runs, would not recommend it to beginners, no bars just 2 cafes that we could find, be sure to stay there for sunset!!Written 6 March 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Jon Hale2 contributionsJust what we were looking for. Pay in advance, turn up, help yourself to kayak, paddle and life vest and head off into the lake. The views were outstanding!Written 14 August 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- HVL1 contributionIts a very good service to get around the city. But the issue with this is , the cycles stations are not at all available in all parts of the city and many of the stations are always empty.
The cost is a bit high. After the introduction of electric scooters in streets of Oslo, the cycle is less preferred.Written 18 June 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. The best service - I had a flat tire through a nail on the road and immediately got a spare bike delivered! If you want to explore Oslo then rent a bike for one day! On Instagram you get a nice impression what is possible with these bikes! Modern bikes and a lot of fun is guaranteed!Written 21 April 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Julie2 contributionsAn inspiring and uplifting place to spend your time while in Oslo - definitely a must-do! If you love saunas you HAVE TO visit GreenBoats, and if you've never tried a sauna before - this is the place that will get you hooked on a new, fun and healthy hobby! This place will leave you recharged, relaxed and energized at the same time.Written 19 March 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
