Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Something for everyone. Cute coffee house inside. Vast place with so many options. I can spend 2-3 hours easily. Especially good for young kids

An amazing modern museum with convenient technologies to borrow and return books. Very well set up with many reading areas - borh private and open. The building is open and inviting

This is a part of the library located on the second floor specialized in cartoons. There is a table where you can sit down and make your own cartoons,I had to make a cartoon after getting inspired reading marvel universe. There are comfortable sofas and seats to sit on and read cartoons, work, relax. There is a lot of diffrent cartoons I found for example marvel,spider-man,batman,superman,marvel universe(dictionary of marvel superheroes and bad guys),donald duck, manga(found one with some adult manga inside) and much more. Some of the diffrent areas have signs showing what kind of cartoons are there,if you want help to find a specific cartoon ask the friendly staff.I liked the small rooms with diffrent cartoons in each.Free wifi is available and there are wall sockets to connect laptops to.Serieteket is a very good place to bee at if you like cartoons or if you havent seen cartoons before get to know them here. They also have free cartoon classes if you want to learn.

Best:I found marvel universe here after looking for it about 25 years :)
Worst:There should bee more signs making it easier to find diffrent cartoons.

Besides the other library facilities. But only in Norwegian. On the first floor there is newspaper and magazine reading space and a small bookstore. On the second floor there is a Cafe you really need to visit, difficult to describe. The roof and wall paintings are really fantastic.

Georg Sverdrup was the first Librarian at the University of Oslo, from 1813 - 1845. This eponymous building was inaugurated in the late 1990s. It is a most impressive construct, both inside and out.

A dark façade of stone has a series of imposing columns and lots of glass incorporated. Voluminous inside, it hosts libraries for a number of faculties.

Fine facilities are provided, all in a pleasant environment conducive to study and learning.

Not far away is one of the first buildings of the campus, namely the red brick Physics. Dating from the 1930s its foyer has grand murals. Also here is a long pendulum duly swinging.

A striking Mathematics department is another outstanding design.

Some fine public art is to be seen. Including Media Figure that dates from 1853. Originally placed at Domus Media, likely giving rise to its title, it was relocated to its current domicile in the 1980s.
