Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What travellers are saying
- ScoAberdeen, UK4,116 contributionsWe visited this impressive climbing centre on the outskirts of the capital with family.
A short walk from the parking area to reception. Met by helpful staff who explained the format.
Climbing options for all ages/standards. I didn't climb, but our 2 year old granddaughter was having a great time. Lots of safety implemented.
Cafe and shop within the complex. Thoroughly recommended.Written 2 May 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. We opted for the ice hockey match between Vålerenga and Stjernen. We booked the tickets online before we left Scotland.
Even a fire alarm going off 17 seconds into the first period causing an evacation of the building didn't dampen our spirits. The home team won 5-2. The food was traditional sporting fare, albeit with a Norwegian twist.Written 23 November 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. However, good environment for kids. On sunny days it's heavily crowded so recommended to be early to get a nice spot.Written 30 June 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - paalcieTrondheim, Norway145 contributionsAffordable option to ice skate in Oslo city. You can rent the skates there. Bring warm clothes and enjoy the fun of trying to balance in ice skates (for beginners).Written 18 November 2015This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Stephthestew22Magny-le-Hongre, France52 contributionsDuring winter, Frogner stadion becomes a huge ice skating rink. Prices for ice skate rent are not too expensive.Written 3 February 2017This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - west21496Spartanburg, SC7 contributionsI found this place with a quick google search, and although the gym was a bit small, I had a good climb. I didn't go with a partner and didn't have any gear, so I stuck to bouldering. The wall was good with plenty of routes around my climbing level. If this was my base gym, I probably would want more problems. But the gym did seem more centered around sport climbing, so keep this in mind. Eventually, rush hour hit and the gym got a bit crowded. I'd suggest avoiding peak hours if you can.Written 30 January 2017This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- paula_sTexas117 contributionsNice and challenging walls. Very spacious and well marked. It would be a bt brighter if they have used lighter colours on the wall but it was still ok to climb indoor on rainy Saturday morning while visiting family in Oslo.Written 9 August 2017This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
