Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Lots of fun both as a get-to-know activity and as bonding with friends:) Clues are interesting, varied, and appropriately scary (we completed the mental hospital room) with hosts Malin and Marianne who were friendly and accommodating. Thanks!

We visited this impressive climbing centre on the outskirts of the capital with family.
A short walk from the parking area to reception. Met by helpful staff who explained the format.
Climbing options for all ages/standards. I didn't climb, but our 2 year old granddaughter was having a great time. Lots of safety implemented.
Cafe and shop within the complex. Thoroughly recommended.

Having arrived in Oslo the day after the football season finished and leaving the day before Norway played Finland we had to get our sporting fix in another way. We opted for the ice hockey match between Vålerenga and Stjernen. We booked the tickets online before we left Scotland.

Even a fire alarm going off 17 seconds into the first period causing an evacation of the building didn't dampen our spirits. The home team won 5-2. The food was traditional sporting fare, albeit with a Norwegian twist.

Nice pool, but a bit old. Could have been upgraded with more facilities, as it's the only outdoor pool in Oslo. However, good environment for kids. On sunny days it's heavily crowded so recommended to be early to get a nice spot.

Affordable option to ice skate in Oslo city. You can rent the skates there. Bring warm clothes and enjoy the fun of trying to balance in ice skates (for beginners).

We had such an awesome time playing Tutankhamun's Tomb. It was the perfect amount of fun and challenging! Shout out to our host Kristina who was really cool and gave us a great intro and catch up after the game. Totally recommend to visitors and locals.

We came to Oslo in February 2017 and visited Alna Ridesenter on a very snowy day. It was very easy to get to from central Oslo (Bus 66, it's a red one) and you pass the sign of the centre on the right before the buss stops a little way up the road. The area doesn't look like a very horsey place but if you follow the signs a short walk then you come across a real hidden gem. Everyone we met was very friendly including our guide. We went outside to meet the horses and were told about each one before we chose which we would like to ride (I had the lovely Maya and my sister had Lillo). Having done this we took our horses inside to groom them and tack them up. It was lovely being able to do this for yourself. Once mounted we rode off into the snow and had a brilliant ride. Both horses were superb at a walk, trot and canter and were not phased by anything we encountered. We would happily book a trip to Norway to come here again :)
    Highly recommended!

During winter, Frogner stadion becomes a huge ice skating rink. Prices for ice skate rent are not too expensive.
