Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The sculptures are very interesting and the setting is lovely with great views of the harbor. Make sure you check the artwork map, as one of the installations is easy to miss because you think it is a concrete bunker that is part of the harbor and another is an installation hanging on the side of a building.

Another fun piece of public art in a city filled with hidden art treasures. It's such a big artwork and gets your attention the minute you leave the train station.

I was surprised to see the big statue of former US president here. There must be some story behind this, his statue being on the path to the Akerhaus Fortress and Castle.

I took several pictures here and briefly sat down at the bench to enjoy rhe views.

The Dykkaren is a metal statue of a shiny scuba diver. It is located on the harbour promenade of the ferry terminal in Oslo port. An unusual statue in a picturesque location makes for a good photo.

Impressive statue which means crush Nazism stands near the Tiger just outside Oslo Railway station. Installed in 2015 as a memorial to the Norwegian Resistance Movement known as the Osvald Group, during World War 2. It is a very evocative statue remembering the countless suffering and loss of the Norwegian people.

Ola Enstad (1942-2013) was a Norwegian sculptor, living in Oslo.

His sculpture Fist and Rose has been standing on Lilletorget in Oslo since 1990.

His Dykkar's sculpture is located nearby. Both are quite impressive.

There are so many statues I noted as I walked around Oslo. This is the most imposing one, located infront of the Royal Palace. He is facing the wide avenue, perhaps named after him? I took pictures of this attraction and the areas around it.

I need to research what made him so famous and what he had done for Norway to deserve having his statue in such a location and naming a big avenue after him.

It is a small island of trees in the middle of an intersection. A statue of Rikard Nordraak, the composer of the Norwegian national anthem, and two strange, spiky metal dragons/demons/beings. Pretty cool, if you ask me. It is close to the Royal Palace so it is not difficult to visit.

This stainless steel outdoor sculpture can be found near Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel. It was made in 1990 by the Norwegian sculptor Ola Enstad.

Dykkar's sculpture is an installation of jumping six frogmen, mounted in steel wires.
