Great views of the city from the top, worth the trip up. We were on our way north to Oslo and decided on the way to do this. It can be a quick detour if you are a little pressed for time or you can spend a lot of time there. There are trails for wallking or skiing - we saw many people on cross-country skis. We were more pressed for time, so just enjoyed the views and went back on our way. There is also a cafe at the top but we did not go in. The spiral tunnel is really neat. We were confused at the top because the exit door closed just ahead of us, but there is a sensor that if you drive up slowly, the door will open. On the way down, we also weren't sure how the door worked - we waited for awhile and then the light changed and the door opened. Watch your speed on the way down - it's a constant tight turn, so just be careful you stay in your lane.

We visited Hardangervidda National Park Centre. We enjoyed the centre and scenery a lot (breath taking view). The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They are a great source of information on nature and history.

Excellent park. The animals have exceptional enclosures and the staff are knowledgeable.
During our visit there was no food available to buy in the park. This was not sign posted at the entrance and we walked up to every single food place to find that it was closed.
When we left we found that the cafe at the entrance was open, only they had run out of pizza so only offered over priced bagels. We chose to eat at the McDonald's next to the park gates as we were leaving anyway.

This is a must. It was so exciting to travel inside a mountain on an old, and very tiny, railway. We then had a tour from a very knowledgeable guide (choose from English or Norwegian). It was truly fascinating and there were activities afterwards in the museum.

Wow what an amazing hike. Very easy to find the trail. I would suggest walking up the gorge to the lake and then coming down on the trail. We did it the other way and it was a little harder for footing etc.. The gorge was incredible and didn't think the hike was very hard. It is challenging but not super hard and the lake is nice and refreshing for a swim

We went there in April on a snowy day. I think it would be better to visit with Nice weather. Although the weather held us back on walking on all the trails, we saw all the animals. The park had a Nice set up and a very cozy main buikding and restaurant. Would definitely recommend a visit!

Let us quickly conclude that one of Norway's largest alpine ski resorts is also one of the best in the country. Then you can have comments that Skistar as owner folds like a blanket over the incredible commercialization of the ski resort. The days we went, in all weather and storms, we note that the resort is very exposed to the wind, as to and from the lifts shut down, and then the area becomes very limited.Effective new lifts and older people with poor performance struggle when the crowd pressure is high during high season. But definitely an area that works well for a couple of days of skiing, both for novice and expert. Missing some small eateries on the mountain, now it is large canteens that are difficult to impress us.

Nice and clean bath. Not too many people when we visited. 5 pools, wave pool, childrens pool, A couple of slides, one with timetracker. My daughter was very happy with our time since we beat most others this day. :-) It has a stream pool/bubble pool, 50 m pool, diving boards.
Its possible to buy some simple foods like ice cream, hotdogs, chips, drinks etc.
Over all a nice experience. I would visit Drammensbadet again next time we visit Drammen.

If you enjoy art, a beautiful, relaxing place to wander around with some nice walks, good cafe, free parking and staff who genuinely seem happy to see you, this is just a nice place to visit. The waterfall, river and surrounding hills are beautiful and the history is interesting.
This is not a must see attraction in Norway, neither is it the most spectacular, but if you are in the area, have some time, Blaavarvevaerket is a nice, family friendly location to visit.

Not knowing anything about what to expect other than this being highly recomeded.
For a 57 year old with two sons at 26 and 28 not ever riding a down hill bike, even not remembring our last bike ride. Renting proffesional bikes and helmets from Furi.no made us look like seasoned responsible riders.
The start climb of the trial was kind of hard, but not at all crowded so no one see me walking the bike up the stepest slopes😉. But when the down hill action started it was all worth it, riding this challenging curvy but well maintained slope together was a magic and fun expirience. Highly recomendations passed on...

OMG, what an amazing place to do some cross-country skiing!

We're Brits, so we know our limitations. But whatever route we planned, we enjoyed an unforgettable day on well-cut and marked tracks with the most amazing scenery to stop, catch breath, and admire. Prestholtseter was a highlight, while one of the circular routes from Ustaoset reminded us of the necessity to take the Norwegian outdoors seriously; our Bergens were well packed, but boy it was cold in the biting wind and it wouldn't have been quite so enjoyable if we hadn't packed the correct equipment.

The beauty of this area is the diversity of routes to suit experience levels and fitness. We need to return and do more!
