What travellers are saying
- Jordi PThorn, The Netherlands13 contributionsVery nice view from the bridge! You can see over the river and also the Ribeira restaurants and port houses.
The bridge is also easy to acces from the city center by foot.Written 19 January 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. No matter how you view this majestic river, you can’t deny that there’s something special about this river. With a total length of almost 900 km, most of which is in its originating neighboring country, Spain, the best part of the river is the section in Porto’s historic centre, whereby its beauty is amplified by the colorful building terraces on both sides of the river banks as well as the elegant bridges connecting both sides of the river. I am indeed mesmerized by the beauty of the river, especially during sunset when viewed from the upper deck of the Dom Luis I Bridge.Written 13 January 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
