- Matthew E12 contributionsA brilliant afternoon out on the seas, with a delicious Portuguese Buffet paired with Portuguese spirits, very friendly guides and a speed boat trip in to see one of the caves.
We were lucky to have calm seas making for a very relaxing trip, and even spotted some sharks during the trip.

My partner went on the back of the quad with me, (option to have individual quads was there). The only issue was the lack of padding on the rear rack as my partner kept sliding back against it and ended up getting quite bruised. If it wasn't for this I would give it 5 stars. Make sure you were a water proof coat long enough to cover up to your knees. Obviously in summer time getting wet is not a problem but we were cold to our bones for the rest of the day in December....

- Justine32 contributionsThe buggy was great, the route was good with plenty rocky paths to bump up and down. Our guide introduced himself as having zero personality and zero tolerance. Put us a bit on edge but what he lacked in personality the other members of staff made up for! - Kristen MCounty Durham, UK1 contributionBooked on Tripadvisor - super easy to do. Communication by Alsafari Tours was superb. Got picked up at our hotel and sat in the front seat which I would personally recommend. You can hear the driver/guide and you can see front, right, left for the whole journey. We made all the stops advertised but one that I didn't realise was one of the best! We stopped and visited a very small distillery, tasted and bought some of the produce plus saw their beehives and cork. The passengers made the decision of where to have lunch and a longer stop - this was Lagos which for us was the right choice. Plenty to explore and lots of nice al fresco restaurants to choose from. We ended the day with a beautiful sunset and got dropped back at our hotel. We were in the Algarve for just 3 nights and enjoyed the full day tour as it gave us a good flavour of the area and we learned bits of history we didn't know before. We were able to ride in a smaller car so we could see more places that a big bus could not get to which was a bigger plus. - Andrea S40 contributionsWe had a great time. Our drivers Rosty and James were so much fun. Rosty gave us some history about the area and pointed out sites (first hospital; first inn, churches) on our way to the winery. Spoke about the almond, cacao, and cork trees. The winery tour was very interesting. Tasted 3 different wines with some charcuterie. On our way home we stopped for a surprise tasting. The other couples on the tour were wonderful. What a great guy, we really learnt a lot and we had plenty of stops so we could look around and try some local produce which was out of this world. We really got to know our fellow passengers three lovely French ladies who made the journey even more fun, only wish were exchanged details :(
