Sara's knowledge of the food and drink history and current Bologna traditions was fascinating but she also told us a lot of wider information about the city's history and secrets.
An amazing foodie vibe, fun and enjoyable way to learn about Bologna and Modena food scene, where antiquity and modernity perfectly blend together, and gastronomy shopping is simply fantastic.

I'd highly recommend Raffaella and Marcello if you want knowledgeable, passionate hosts who appreciate fine food and wine and have the desire to learn traditional Italian cooking.
As usual, our hosts put together a schedule that incorporated local history, food and wine, and the services of a tour guide/interpreter , including a very knowledgeable and personable van driver .

Fantastic time in the kitchen, the two chef instructors were very informative and the food we made was the best I've tasted in Italy- if I say so myself!
