Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Every year around x-mas there is an exhibition here about the biblehistory of x-mas. It is very nicely done, and a nice place to spend some time. It can be a bit crowded at night.

I have been coming here for many years since buying an apartment in torrevieja and now we live here full time we visit 2-3 times a week. Normally for relaxing drinks during the day but sometimes for food which is very good. I have read other recent reviews and I can understand the many mentions of poor service. Although the waiters/waitresses are all very efficient and friendly any individual can cope with the extremely busy periods on their own. Today I have sat here and seen several people arrive and then leave because they have not been approached by staff to take orders but again this is not the fault of the staff member as they are one person trying to cope with a full house on their own. I think that management need to review the staffing situation and revise to suit the busiest periods.

This is my road into and out of Torrevieja centre. There are cafes, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, car showrooms etc. Nothing at night happening here other than the seedier side of the city. I can recommend some of the businesses here, saves a trip into town, and generally the prices are better than you will get in the centre.

You can always find beautiful things in places you don't expect. This market is one such place, hidden among the blocks. In one of the corners is a building with an absolutely wonderful, unusual architecture. A good place to stop and take some great photos.

In my opinion - the number 1 tourist attraction in Torrevieja. It is a pedestrian area located in the heart of the city, by the sea. Promenada combines large terraces and restaurants and shops, with a large area for public use but also the various areas for bathing and for making the beach. Along its entire length, the Promenade is beautifully paved and you can find dozens of places to rest under the palm trees. Young people, adults or older people run in the morning or in the evening, various groups of people do gymnastics on the beach and hundreds more just walk. Everyone seems relaxed, with a smile on their face, always ready to help you if you have a problem. The only negative thing - there are several dozen street vendors who appear on the weekend or in the evening and even if they are not annoying, they still "spoil the landscape".
