Peace, Quiet, and Nature
Lovely, large park with nice varied vegetation (trees, flowers, meadows), slightly hilly, all on the border of the Rhine.
We went walking around the park every morning and really enjoyed fresh air, small lakes or pools of water, Rhein river on one side with its large boats, and other people jogging, bicycling and just walking around.

The entrance is for free and they have a lot of animals and also you can feed them <3 it has a playground for kids and a place where you can learn about nature, also for kids but you can too jaja
The park is among my most favorite places in the area - it is a nice and small walk (the Wildpark itself is only 2-3 km from beginning to end, the area around it is much bigger) where you can see a few wild animals.

A beautiful park full of fascinating, rare flowers and trees, some of the latter huge and ancient.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would recommend it to anyone who loves nature.
Koelner Zoo Cologne
They had rather cleverly set it up so the lights of the animals were mapped to where the animals were in the park which was a great idea.
There is playing parks for kids while you're resting they'll have fun.

Eifel is a very large National Park and has several well defined Hiking routes ... Lots of streams are running inside the park where one can sit and do a picnic.
Very large ponds with plenty of ducks and swans, lots of different path ways and the coolest free wild life park with so many animals, lots of sheep, goats, lambs, chickens, roosters, donkeys, bulls and deers.
A big green park, me and my friend enjoyed a relaxing walk over there and after it we crashed on the grass and enjoyed some beer and berries P:

Several good al fresco restaurants on the way up to the dam from the car park.
