- Holly C1 contributionThe meeting point was clearly explained, and the staff wearing blue vests were easy to spot—no issues at all. The tour started on time and lasted about 3 hours. The guide’s explanations were engaging, with interesting stories to hear, and the audio through the headset was very clear. We were introduced to many famous art pieces as well as historical collections. We’re really glad we joined the tour—it made it much easier to see the key pieces in such a massive museum. Location easy to find, the boat was spacious and very warm, waiter was very attentive and the food was actually far better than we expected! Only slight negative is the window tables are all a little crammed in. I am no history or art buff; I would have had no idea what I was looking at without Eduardo’s knowledge! We have done many of private tours around the country but this one was my favorite! - Sarah S5 contributionsI had difficulty getting in with my timed ticket. I was sent back and forth several times to group check in - which I wasn’t in. However I called customer service and they sent me a different ticket and I got in. This is a timed ticket not a skip the line ticket. I waited about 30 minutes to get in. The museum is overwhelming and I’d recommend only going in with a guide. I thought I’d handle one section at a time. And it took me 45 minutes to finally get out of the museum. The signage is not adequate. Rooms are numbered but with small signs high up above doorframes and pale colors. I understand that they want subtle. But it makes it difficult to find your way.
