Emily( hope I have her name correct) who met us was so nice, giving us all the information of how to play, and gave us help during the game. She left us complete the game which we so appreciated. We found the instructor very helpful and friendly and very good with the children. The owners which are also the ones giving the classes have created a magical and cosy place with attention to detail making every guest feel like a friend. We had a wonderful tour in the MĂ©doc with Patrice and Bernard.
Both great pilots
Patrice is also an amazing guide. My partner is English and he explained to him everything to do with vineyards in English! Really knowledgeable
This tour was the highlight of our week end in Bordeaux region but I did drive around St Émilion on Monday and we had an other great day, thanks to Patrice again. He did give us 2 castles to visit and one restaurant for lunch and everything was perfect!
To sum up, TourOchâteau went above and beyond to make our trip unforgettable.
