Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What travellers are saying
- Yesha D6 contributionsWhat an exhilarating experience!! Highly recommend this to anyone in Bordeaux looking for something fun to do. The guys there speak decent English as well so you won’t feel lost :)
Leaving the place with quite a HIGH literally!Written 6 September 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. We got the tickets as a gift but I think the entrance fee was 3.40 each for the day. The men's changing cubicles didn't smell too pleasant but otherwise all facilities were clean and well maintained. My shorts were not permitted for entering the pool area so I had to invest in a rather small pair of speedos which seemed to please the girl looking after the cloakroom! My wife and daughters nearly laughed themselves sick when I appeared at the pool side! So be warned!
The pool complex is well equipped with two indoor pools, a range of exercise bikes on the poolside, a large 25m out door and a separate diving pool with a 1m & 3m spring boards and a 5 m platform. There is also a small play area for young kids with a number of water features, a raised sun terrace and an obstacle course type of play area. Snacks and drinks are also available. A good day was had, in spite of the speedos! And good value for money.Written 18 July 2015This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. We stayed for 4 hours and the maximum number of swimmers at any time was 10.
A municipal pool, only open in the summer. Free sunbeds.
25m x 12m pool.
As with all municipal pools in France, swimming hats are mandatory.
Upon proof of address, cheap rates for Bordeaux residents. For others €3.35 per person, reductions for families.
Shallow end is approximately 0.90m.
Wouldn't recommend for very young children unless they are confident in a pool where they can't touch the bottom.
Free parking. Accessible by public transport (bus, not tram).Written 23 August 2016This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. It is also accessible to the disabled. But be ware that the pool has strict rules and all people (including our 15 month old) are required to wear swim caps and swimwear that meets their specifications. My husbands very short and slim-fit bathing suit was not allowed and he had to go back and buy a speedo to be allowed to go swimming. While I understand the reason why swim caps are required (it is more hygienic due to less hair in the pool), the reason for the specific swim suits (hygiene) was questionable (why would a thin wetsuit, for example, not be hygienic?). Most of the staff members were helpful but unfriendly, though one lifeguard saw my daughter crying and told me that if she pulled her swim cap off, it would be ok. The cafeteria was closed as well and there is no outdoor seating in lounges etc (this is a fitness pool with relaxation not a priority). Overall, we ended up spending around 24 euros to go swimming for an hour because of the need to purchase a new swim suit and three swim caps. It was a funny cultural experience but we wouldn’t go back and wouldn’t recommend this for families...there are hotel pools that are probably better suited for hanging out and playing, etc. This looks GREAT for people who want to get a workout in while on vacation!Written 12 July 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
