Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Took my friend for a surprise birthday gift, she was pleasantly surprised and excited for the alpaca walk. We both throughly loved our experience, we walked Crackle and Kinder who were both well behaved!! The alpacas are clearly well cared for and the owners were great fun and friendly.
We did the 90 minute walk, which was majority woodland, often uneven and extremely muddy given the recent weather, there’s also small streams you cross during the walk, one alpaca decided to lay in a stream which gave the group a good laugh! Overall great experience, I’ve recommended it to everyone I have spoke to since and will continue to, I will definitely return.
