3 miles, a very pleasant walk easy going, some soft parks which could be wet if rained on, the Gardens are also accessible by car, There is a Betty's tea room at the Gardens which we used and can recommend.
It's a place of peace, inspiration and beauty for gardeners, artists or anyonewith a love of nature.

Access to the site, is achieved by driving up to the top of the plateau and then driving into the car park, which consists of relatively smooth sections of soil between trees in the woodland.
It is really back to nature, with no shop, cafe or toilet, but well worth it for the views and exercise!!
