Honestly, after doing bishops palace and the medieval museum it was great to sit down and experience history rather than walk around it
This is closely located to the Museum of Medieval Treasures and Reginalds Tower which could easily be incorporated in some way to this experience.

Our trip to Waterford and the wonderful museums in the Viking Triangle is a lovely memory and we would recommend everyone to visit.
The whole group loved the visit, and out of the three museums we visited (Medieval Museum, Bishop's Palace, and Reginald's Tower) this was the highlight of the day.

This place of Reginald's Tower is JUST ONE of SEVERAL WORLD-CLASS MUSEUMS in Waterford & how fitting & proper is THAT??? I'm thinking.

Eddie Cantwell, the local historian, went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that my family and I had an immersive and enriching experience both at the museum itself and all around Dungarvan.
It's a charming museum that allows you to go back in time to appreciate Irish history and heritage.

The small cafe has excellent home made preserves, scones, cakes, etc. Next I visited the museum which is really a testament to family art.
Charming, thought provoking, stimulating, with some unusual art pieces to discover both in the garden and museum.

Amazing collection of genuine items from around the country even more so than many larger city museums.
It felt more authentic and real to us than many of the more formal displays found in bigger museums.
