Top quality and slightly bonkers collection with many different themes, eras and disciplines mashed up together right next to each other. A must see in Glasgow, for me.

A wonderful history of transport in its many forms: not just trains, boats and automobiles; but also bicycles, motor bikes, emergency vehicles, trams, trolleys and ... prams!!
It all well alid out and is easy to naviogate. it is just on one floor so there are no access issues.
Could have spent all day there, but schedule did not permit

The whiskey production process was described in detail. There was also a lot of interesting information about the Glengoyne distillery.

Seeing the architecture of the university was a highlight of our walking tour. Plus, they were having music and traditional dancing out front on the afternoon we visited!

The Necropolis is totally unique. It features many testaments to the great and the good of Glasgow, and there has clearly been some competition over who could commenad the best location and the most ornate morsoleum.
It is fairly steep climb to the summit, but well worth it for the views it provides across the whole of the city and beyond

We scheduled a tour that we could not do, so we applied for a refund (48 hour notice) and went when they opened first thing and they were all amazing. I am so glad we went even without the tour. The building and museum were great but the tasting room was the best. Sean gave us a flight and explained everything in full detail. This stop was one of the highlights of our visit to Glasgow and worth the trip even if you can't make the tour.

his is a review of Clydeside Distillery’s exclusive venue hire service.

We hosted a farewell party at the Clydeside Distillery for 35 friends and family. We chose the Clydeside bc it’s a beautiful historic building with large glass windows, looking onto the River Clyde (a romantic view on a summer evening). It’s also sentimental to Glasgow, a city getting back into whisky making.

It being a distillery made it a novelty, not your standard hotel/restaurant party. The distillery tour was a hit. Built-in entertainment, enjoyed by even our non-whiskey drinking guests.

I especially appreciated their pre-planned event packages and the helpfulness of the event coordinator, Rhona. I spent no more than an hour planning what turned out to be an amazing night. My only part in the planning was to provide 1) a guest list, 2) food choices, and 3) a seating chart. Clydeside and Rhona took care of the rest.

We could not have asked for a more perfect party. The Clydeside staff provided 5 star quality attentiveness. No glass was empty and every need was met in a low key manner. The 3 course dinner was delicious and well presented. My mother-in-law and her friends are still talking about that salmon appetizer. The staff took note of individual dietary restrictions and went out of their way to accommodate (gluten free/vegetarian, non-alcoholic beers, and mocktails).

Guests noticed and complimented the extra level of detail. There was a welcome message projected onto the walls, a personalized note on the menus, name cards, tasteful background music, and beautifully set tables with flowers. Our guest really enjoyed the parting gifting (a package add-on). All of this was the work of the Clydeside and made for a special and memorable night for all.

We were very impressed by the staff, event planning and execution of the Clydeside Distillery.

I went to Ibrox last minute with a crowd of friends. We managed to get fitted into a tour. Honestly, I started it knowing practically nothing about Rangers. I left an hour and 45 mins later getting a real feel for the place, the team, it's history and the importance it places on the fans. A mention must go to our guide Laurence. A true gentleman who is a font of knowledge and clearly relishes his job.

A beautiful array of flora and fauna. The park is lovely as well. So nice to see families out enjoying each other's company on a bright sunny day in Glasgow.

We visited expecting to only spend a couple of hours but we were surprised how much there was to do and actually spent 5hours in here and probably could have spent more time as there is so much to do. There wasn't many hand sanitiser stations around so could do with a few more especially when your interacting with so many things like screens etc. Definitely worth a visit

Absolutely beautiful cathedral, everywhere you look is stunning and has so much history. St. Mungo is supposedly buried below.

If you go anywhere in the UK remember to take good shoes. My Michael Kors loafers, failed me and hurt my feet. I walked around the Buchannan Galleries looking for comfortable shoes, and finally found some wonderful Skechers on Buchannan street. The ATMs in the Mall don't work.

Can’t believe it’s took me so long to get around to visiting this park. Along with the Burrell Collection being on site to visit, the park itself has so much to see. It’s a lovely walk around the park, can visit pollock house & gardens. There is a beautiful river & waterfall to view. A highlight for me was the highland cattle fields filled with so many adult & because of the time of year there was also baby highland cattle. They are friendly & don’t mind the attention they attract so can take lots of pictures.

A small quaint museum of a tenement house. The four rooms on display are exactly as they were lived in in the first half of the twentieth century. Many quirky items including her jams, spices, recipes, letters, everyday items and ornaments . Lovers of social history will enjoy!
