For someone new to Gin was a fab morning learning the history about the botanicals involved and learning about gin and how to drink it Absolutely loved it thank you wee Jamie
After 5 the distillery turns into a very cozy cocktail and Gin bar, over 60 different gins, and they serve delicious platters of food.

We ate after the tour and the food was plentiful and very tasty (we needed it after the gin tasting!!) Would thoroughly recommend this tour.
Really friendly staff who made is a delicious drink before the tour, then Paul took over and took us through to the distillery.

Even though we live in Edinburgh, it's always good to have expertise thrown our way of where is good to go and what is good to drink since nowadays the craft beer industry is so huge.
Our guides took time to find out about the types of beer we like to drink, and started our sampling with some they thought matched our palates, then moved on to more challenging tastes - all with merit, and all de...

It is a really interesting and fun way to spend a few hours with friends on a couple of occasions, plus you get to drink the fruits of your labour afterwards.
Returning to bottle was a simple experience too, added to the fact it coincided with an open day with free food!

They enjoyed a lovely tour of the city culminating in a stop in Leith where they were given a huge Bacon Butty and hot drink.
The tour progressed to Callander, before stopping for a hot drink at Loch Venachar.

We had 4 days of delicious whisky, stunning views and great learnings on the history of the drink and the region.
We lunched together at casual cafes where the food was always delicious and reasonably priced.

The weather was harsh and we had rain and snow but David's warm and engaging personality and the regular food and drink stops kept us warm, nourished and knowledgeable.
David’s engaging, funny and kind personality mixed with delicious food (I’m craving for that haddock soup right now) and historical culture made this one of the best ways to explore the city for us.
