Tranquility & Reflection at yet another iconic Irish church at the heart of Irish Christendom - on the hill that was the site of the 'original' 'snakes out of Ireland' St Patrick's own early church.
beautiful cathedral with fantastic views, recently renovated with an amazing altar stained glass windows and tile mosaics.

From being up on one of the highest points in the city, once you tear your eyes off the truly magnificent view of the city and step inside the iconic beauty, all thoughts of being slightly chilly will vanish.
The manicured hedges and the beautiful scented roses with the gorgeous views just make this place a beautiful spot to visit.

Excellent walking tour of the site by a lovely lady who explained the history and legends very well - just cannot recall her name - she had a Canadian accent.
The Navan Fort centre is poor, let's be honest, but Navan Fort itself is fantastically good at being a hill with a wonderful view and an odd , obscure history onto which you can project your fantasies of the past.
