On a more practical side, the parking is fantastic, and there are plenty of seating areas to relax, eat the on-site food, or bring a picnic.
All in all a great place for burning up excess energy while also enjoying some lovely views.

The Peace Wall and surrounding streets/ areas are both fascinating and disturbing, but a must if you want to begin to understand the different religious views.

The staff were so unbelievably attentive, the views from the balcony were incredible, the atmosphere was grand, majestic, yet relaxed and the food was great!
What more do you want than a free tour of a very historic and interesting building by our friendly guide Mickey and fresh scones from the on-site coffee shop at just 40p.

Almost every seat offers a superb view of the stage and the main theatre is steeped in history and is a wonderful old-fashioned setting.
Perfect seats, perfect views, excellent show.

Charming original historic library, home of historic documentation and books beautiful site from which to view the surroundings...Belfast city hall and the Victorian architecture Ll around.
The design and ambience of the building along with the views of City Hall out the windows make you feel like you have just reversed time about a century.

Well worth a walk through and around this stunning building - a sneaky view of the Great Hall is a must if available.
The route takes about 1 1/2 hours without getting off so the 48 hour pass was definitely needed to allow time to get off and explore the many sites along the way .

Amazing to view the history of Belfast seeing the Murals, it gives a great sense of the City from where it has been to how this great city is now.
The tour bus does an amazing job taking you to all corners of the city and it is great that everyone can go anywhere and everywhere and see all the sights we have only heard about.

We jumped off the hop on hop off bus, to view the square which celebrates one of Belfast's most famous authors.
Plus there's a Belfast Bike Hire Station on site for those who would rather cycle than walk - however the square itself is quite small and only takes 5 minutes to walk around.

Compared to many family history sites, this is clean, modern and has its own cafeteria (which closes early, so check the times).

... at night  The base section of the spire is visible through a glass platform in the Cathedral's roof directly above the choir benches so that visitors can view it from the nave (principal part of the Cathedral).
Very interesting a landmark in Belfast if your into seeing some local history would recommend.

Theres certainly more than meets the eye with this local landmark too, its scales have 'newspaper' cuttings on them with the history of Belfast on, if you look closer!
This delightful sculpture along the river is a fine work of art and a fun piece to view.

The best walk I can recommend is trekking up to Napoleon's nose to get a really great view over the city and on a good day, a view of the Mourne mountains.

The Albert Clock is one of the oldest sights in Belfast, Just like the leaning Tower of Pisa , it leans a little bit , but that is part of its charm.
Lovely structure, central Landmark to get your bearings from and some lovely little bars nearby.

It is a famous landmark in west belfast with more history than can be added here.
This important site is a big part of the local history and shouldn't be missed.

A must see and a beautiful site on the waterbed, city and docks in the far end.
Had to stop and take in the views and a couple of snaps.

I would recommend people with small kids if your in the museum for the day, take a quick walk in and take in the sites on what this wee tropical place has to offer.
The newly refurbished Tropical Ravine House is a far cry from the old Victorian building that stood on the site with its rusted ironwork and broken windows.

I live quite close to the cemetery my parents are buried here it’s a beautiful place with lots of history and amazing views over Belfast.
