Thanks to the work carried out by the National Trust recently a lot of the park has been cleared of old trees & rhododendrons so there are now fairly good scenic views of both the house and river.
Lucky to get i the main car park on such a lovely day, The trees round the pond and summer house looked great and the formal gardens still in bloom.

She was very knowledgeable about Great Windsor Park and we rode to various interesting sights, spotted stags, doe deer, fawns and birds of prey (kites and a kestrel) .
Julie took us on a beautiful hack through Windsor Great Park which has amazing views, lovely deer and other wildlife which you walk passed and can stop to take photos of.
