- Blaine S15 contributionsHad a very interesting and informative tour with Fran.
Initially the tour was delayed due to the terrible weather conditions but Fran’s great communication made everyone aware of this delay.
I had another event on at 1:30pm which Fran was kind enough to slightly alter the route the opposite way around to ensure I still made it on time.
The tour was very interesting with a lot of cool stories about local residents and famous Geordies over the years.
Definitely recommend to anyone visiting for the day!

The tour guides were brilliant, really good historians and story tellers and the actual tunnel is amazing. We did the two hour tour and it flew by. - Laura WBlyth, UK19 contributionsMy partner and I really enjoyed being tourists in our own city. Josh, our guide, was incredibly punny which I LOVE so, thank you Josh! He was very knowledgeable and super enthusiastic. We did the tour on Friday and by writing this 2 days later I can confidently say I have told everyone I know about this tour and how good it is. Being local I did know some of the stories but it was so great hearing someone else talk about them! Time absolutely flew over and I was smiling the whole time.
