Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Came on a mystery coach tour for the day. Walking around the sights. Piccadilly circus was very popular lots of people around, there was a street artist doing some sort of performance. I didn't get to near because of all the people. Managed to get some pictures

I've never been to this theatre so I wasn't sure what to expect, the theatre is small but lovely, toilets are clean! The show itself 'Two Strangers (carry a cake across New York) is outstanding, the staging, the songs, the music and the story line is brilliant! The two actors keep you entertained, engaged and captivated from start to finish. Without doubt one of the best musicals I've seen in a long time (and I've seen a lot of musicals!!). I came out of the theatre and said "I want to go again!".
I would see it again and recommend to others.

We’ve been to the show now many times and it’s always amazing. We had the honour of seeing Chumisa perform, she was mesmerising!

I had always wanted to visit Clarence House, the former home of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother.
I got the opportunity for a private visit and thoroughly enjoyed it. The house is modest by Royal standards but has all the trappings one would expect of royalty. It gives the impression of a comfortable but not ostentatious home and has that welcoming feel about it.
There is certainly an atmosphere of Royal splendour inside the house itself and one can imagine all the events that have happened there over the years. The gardens are immaculate and show the detail and imagination of His Majesty the King.

It's worth having a look at this over looked Royal Palace if you're heading up The Mall to Buckingham Palace. You will find it half way up The Mall on the right hand side. It's quite interesting and less busy than Buckingham Palace. A good place to see the Military in full uniform.

    PROS
    * Impressive dignified and regal curved structure with multiple arches
    * It defines the path from Trafalgar Square and onto the Mall and up to Buckingham Palace
    * There is some history to it- built as a memorial to Queen Victoria and then used as the offices of His Majesty's Royal navy and now what? A hotel?

    CONS
    * It's just an arch on a street, albeit a fancy one

    I VISITED THIS PLACE...
... during my expedition to see and document absolutely everything that I could in Westminster. I had seen and walked under this before, and so I did that again. There was construction and pedestrian detours.

    WAS IT WORTH THE COST?
    It is free

WOULD "I VISIT THIS PLACE" AGAIN?
Sure, since I intend to visit Buckingham Palace, walk the length of the Mall and go to the National Gallery on Trafalgar Square again on my next visit.

    ADVICE
    * Yes- go to see it- walk or drive underneath it and then move on

I popped in with a view to see a particular tapestry that is presently on display.
The church is pretty and bathed in light. It is wonderful for a few moments of tranquility and quiet contemplation regardless of faith.

The 60th annual exhibition of the Society of Wildlife Artists (SWLA). An annual pilgrimage for me (since 1986). Coinciding with there exhibition we also ran an exhibition at Nature in Art at Twigworth, Gloucester., highlighting the major players of this fine organisation in celebration of its 60th anniversary.

It was our first ever visit in this intimate theatre. The staff were really helpful.
The play Laughing Boy was truly eye-opening, thought provoking and anger inducing.
The performances were outstanding and the minimal staging really worked with this piece.

It’s not just the statue that sits atop of the Shaftesbury Memorial Fountain, this is the focal point of Piccadilly Circus which is always a high energy place but especially at night. Great place to sit with the other tourists and take in the liveliness of the city.
